Brute Force Protection and Lockouts

What this is

Your control panel has built-in brute force protection. If someone (or a bot) tries too many failed login attempts, the offending IP address gets temporarily blocked.

What this means for you

  • If you mistype your password too many times, you may get temporarily locked out.
  • This is a security feature — it protects your account from automated attacks.

What to do if you're locked out

Contact representative@trustedge.gt and we'll clear the lockout or add your IP to the allow list.
