Email Tools Aren't Showing on My Website

What's happening

The Emails tab is missing from your website, or you can't create mailboxes.

Why this happens

Email requires several things to be in place on the server side: - Your hosting plan must include email accounts. - The email service must be assigned to your website. - A webmail domain must be configured.

If any of these aren't set up, the email tools won't appear.

What to do

Contact representative@trustedge.gt and let us know which website is affected. We'll check the configuration and get email enabled for you.
