Emails not showing up or can't create mailboxes

If the Emails tab is missing or you can't create accounts, your hosting plan may not include email, or it hasn't been activated on your website yet. Contact representative@trustedge.gt and we'll check.

Emails going to spam

  1. Make sure SPF is in place (it's added automatically, but confirm it exists in your DNS records).
  2. Enable DKIM — see SPF, DKIM, and DMARC explained.
  3. Add a DMARC record.
  4. Test your setup at mail-tester.com.
  5. Check whether your server's IP is on a blacklist using mxtoolbox.com.

Can't connect with an email app

  • Verify you're using mail.yourdomain.com as the server name.
  • Use port 993 for IMAP and 587 for SMTP.
  • The username is your full email address.
  • Make sure the password is correct — you can reset it from the Emails tab.

See Setting up email on your phone or computer for the full settings table.

Emails not sending

  • Check that SPF and DKIM are correctly configured.
  • If your server IP is on a blacklist, contact representative@trustedge.gt — we can help with PTR/rDNS configuration.
