Logging into Your Control Panel
What this is
Your TrustEdge control panel is where you manage everything about your hosting — websites, email, databases, files, and more. You reach it through a web browser on any device.
Before you start
- You need the email address you registered with and your password.
- Your password was included in the activation email we sent when your account was created. Check your inbox (and spam folder) if you haven't seen it.
How to log in
- Open your browser and go to cp.trustedge.gt.
- Enter your email address.
- Enter your password.
- Click Log in.
You'll land on your account dashboard, which gives you an overview of your websites and services.
Good to know
- Auto-logout: For security, the panel logs you out after 2 hours of inactivity. Just log back in when you return.
- Logging out manually: Click the account icon in the top-right corner and select Log out.
- Billing and support portal: If you need to manage your invoices or submit a support ticket, visit trustedge.gt instead.

| Reset email never arrived |
Check your spam folder. If it's not there, email representative@trustedge.gt and we'll reset it for you. |
| Locked out by 2FA |
Contact us at representative@trustedge.gt — we can disable 2FA on your account. |
