Resetting a Forgotten Password
What this is
If you've forgotten your control panel password, you can reset it from the login page without contacting support.
How to reset your password
- Go to cp.trustedge.gt.
- Click the Forgot password link below the login form.
- Enter the email address you registered with.
- Click Send reset instructions.
- Check your inbox for the reset email and follow the link to set a new password.
Changing your password while logged in
If you know your current password and just want to update it:
- Click the account icon in the top-right corner → My account.
- Change your password from the account settings page.

Check your spam or junk folder. If it's still not there, email representative@trustedge.gt — we can reset it manually. |
