Spam Filtering with Rspamd

What this is

Your email is protected by Rspamd, an advanced spam filtering system that scores incoming messages and blocks or flags the suspicious ones.

How to manage spam settings

  1. Go to Emails tab → click the mailbox.
  2. Find the spam filtering settings.
  3. Adjust scoring thresholds and manage your whitelists and blacklists.

You can also manage spam settings from within the Roundcube webmail interface.

What you can control

  • Scoring thresholds — how aggressive the filter is.
  • Whitelist — addresses that should never be treated as spam.
  • Blacklist — addresses you always want blocked.

Good to know

  • Spam filtering works automatically — you don't need to do anything for it to start protecting your inbox.
  • If legitimate emails are being flagged as spam, add the sender's address to your whitelist.
