Viewing Visitor Statistics

What this is

Your control panel includes built-in visitor statistics based on your web server logs. You can see how many people are visiting your site and how much traffic it's getting.

What the stats show

  • Hits — individual requests to your server (every page, image, CSS file counts as a hit).
  • Unique visitors — distinct visitors based on IP address and browser combination.

Good to know

  • These numbers include bot traffic — search engine crawlers, SSL validation, monitoring tools, and other automated visitors. They're not the same as human visitors.
  • For accurate analytics (real people, page views, conversion tracking), use Google Analytics or a similar tool on your website.
  • The built-in stats are useful for spotting traffic spikes or unusual patterns, but they shouldn't be your primary analytics.
