QUICK SUMMARY - TERMS OF SERVICE

By using TrustEdge.gt services, you agree to:

• Follow our rules (no illegal content, spam, hacking, etc.)
• Accept that we do our best but can't guarantee 100% uptime
• Take responsibility for backing up your own data
• Resolve disputes in California courts
• Test new hosting for 20 days; if it is not right, cancel through your account portal during those 20 days for a refund of the initial hosting charge
• After the test period, no partial-month refunds apply; cancel through your account portal before the next monthly invoice is generated to prevent renewal
