Accessing Webmail (Roundcube)

What this is

Webmail lets you read and send email from your browser — no app needed. TrustEdge uses Roundcube, a clean and reliable webmail interface.

How to access webmail

Go to https://mail.yourdomain.com (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain).

Log in with your full email address and mailbox password.

What you can do in webmail

• Read, send, and organize email.
• Manage contacts.
• Set spam filtering preferences.
• Change your mailbox password.

Good to know

• The webmail address gets its own free SSL certificate automatically.
• You can also log into webmail directly from the control panel if SSO (single sign-on) has been enabled.
• Webmail keeps itself updated automatically.
