Creating a Mailbox

What this is

A mailbox is a full email account (like you@yourdomain.com) that can send and receive messages. You can access it through webmail or set it up in an email app on your phone or computer.

How to create a mailbox

1. Go to Websites → click your website → Emails tab.
2. Click Add account.
3. Select the Mailbox type.
4. Fill in:
5. Email address — the part before the @.
6. Password — a strong password for this mailbox.
7. Display name — the name recipients see.
8. Mailbox size — the storage quota for this mailbox.
9. Click Add.

Managing a mailbox

Click any mailbox in the list to change its display name, password, storage size, forwarding rules, spam settings, or auto-responder.

Good to know

• The number of mailboxes you can create depends on your hosting plan.
• If you don't see an Emails tab, your plan may not include email, or it hasn't been activated yet. Contact representative@trustedge.gt.
