Removing WordPress

What this is

If you no longer need a WordPress installation on a website, you can remove it from the control panel.

How to remove WordPress

  1. Go to Websites → click your website.
  2. Find WordPress in the Applications section.
  3. Use the management options to remove it.

Good to know

  • Removing WordPress deletes the application files, but does not delete the website itself or its databases.
  • If you want to clean up completely, manually delete the associated database from the Databases tab after removing WordPress.
