Setting Up a Catch-All Address

What this is

A catch-all mailbox receives any email sent to your domain that doesn't match an existing mailbox. For example, if someone misspells info@yourdomain.com as inof@yourdomain.com, the catch-all catches it.

How to create a catch-all

When creating a new mailbox:

  1. Go to Emails tab → Add account.
  2. Check the Make this email address a catch-all option.
  3. Fill in the rest of the details and click Save.

On an existing mailbox:

  1. Click the mailbox → Manage.
  2. Scroll to Catch-all → toggle it On.

Good to know

  • You can only have one catch-all per domain.
  • Catch-all addresses can attract a lot of spam, since they accept mail for any address. Consider using stronger spam filtering if you enable this.
