Your Account Dashboard Tour

What this is

After logging in, the dashboard is the first thing you see. It shows a snapshot of your hosting account — your websites, resource usage, and quick links to common tasks.

What you'll find

Left sidebar

The sidebar is your main navigation. It includes:

• Websites — manage all your hosted sites.
• Users — invite team members or collaborators.
• Integrations — connect services like Cloudflare.

Inside a website

When you click into a specific website, the top navigation bar gives you tabs for:

• Overview / Dashboard — a summary of that site.
• Domains — manage your domain names.
• Emails — create and manage mailboxes.
• Databases — MySQL and database tools.
• Files — the built-in file manager.
• Advanced dropdown — houses FTP, Developer Tools, Backups, and Security.
• WordPress — appears if WordPress is installed on the site.

Subscription card

On your main dashboard, a subscription card shows what your hosting plan includes — number of websites, disk space, email accounts, databases, and more.

Good to know

• Admins and collaborators see different options depending on their role. You only see what's relevant to your access level.
• If something looks missing (like an Emails tab), it may be a plan limitation. Email representative@trustedge.gt and we'll check.
